Is this conference for women only?
Yes, the est.HER conference is for women to connect, learn, and grow in their faith with other sisters in Christ.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds to this event, however you may transfer your registration to someone else with written request. Please reach out to customercare@estherpress.com for this.
I am a mother of a young child, can I bring my baby?
While this event is appropriate for women ages 16 and up, we welcome nursing mothers and offer a mother’s room for your nursing needs.
What if I have special needs?
Our event space is equipped with handicap parking, ramps, and seating for those that need these accommodations. Please make sure to specify your needs upon registration.
What does my ticket include?
Your registration includes access to all three days of the event and an exclusive swag bag filled with event materials and Esther Press branded resources! You are responsible for all travel, lodging, and meals. We will have food trucks available at the event during designated times for you to purchase at your convenience.
Are discounts available for group registrations?
Please email us at customercare@estherpress.com with subject line “Event Group Discount” to inquire about church and group discounts of 10 or more.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes! All event sessions are open seating.
What is the appropriate attire for the conference?
We want you to be comfortable. We recommend layers as the event building can get chilly. Please keep in mind that photographers will be taking photos throughout the event. Photo release will be required upon registration.

Yes! We have vendor openings available. We are offering two packages for vendors:
Option 1: Vendor Booth with Sponsorship – $500 includes the following:

- ¼ page ad with copy placed in the event program (must be provided by vendor)
- Promotional graphic displayed on screens in lobby and auditorium (must be provided by vendor)
